Location: the hotel was near nice restaurants, the center of the city and the centre of Matsuyama. Liked the way our a nice size and cool room with a view was.

We really enjoyed that exceptionally comfortable hotel. We got a room with a bidet. It was nice having central heating, TV, and a fridge.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel and I can't recommend it enough! One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It is conveniently situated right next to the Okaido tram stop, which makes it incredibly easy to explore the city and visit attractions like the castle. Another great aspect of this hotel is the friendly and helpful staff. Despite their limited English, they went out of their way to assist us with any questions or concerns we had. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit everyone's taste.

The hotel was located very close to the castle and an easy tram ride from the main railway station. Our room at the back of the hotel was very quiet and had a view of the castle. The location was close to restaurants and shops. The beds were very comfortable,the room big, breakfast good and the staff very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel as very good value for money.

This hotel is the perfect place to stay for easy access to everything. You can find all kinds of shops and restaurants a stone's throw from the hotel, making it very convenient. The streetcar station is also conveniently located across the street, as well as the ropeway to Matsuyama castle, which provides a magnificent view of the city. The hotel is well-kept, with clean and well-equipped rooms that include air purifiers.

One minor drawback of this hotel is the limited English proficiency of the staff, but they are courteous and always try their best to help you.

Great location next to the tram stop and close to Matsuyama Castle, which is a must-see. The street to the castle is lined with nice cafes and shops, and there's a shopping plaza opposite the hotel. Rooms are spacious with a nice bathroom and comfortable beds, good for a weekend stay.

The breakfast wasn't great with cold food and bad coffee. In the room, the air conditioning was set to cooling during the afternoon sun, making the room cold in the evening.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Matsuyama and I wanted to share my positive experience. the location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the main sightseeing areas and convenient public transportation nearby. Secondly, the room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view and beds that were surprisingly cozy. Lastly, the breakfast provided was fantastic, with a wide variety of Japanese and Western options that were all delicious.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful and I truly enjoyed my time there.

Everything was fantastic.

The hotel was in a great location close to the main shopping street, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The breakfast was a mix of both Japanese and western food, and there was a good variety of traditional food. The beds were very comfortable, making it easy to have a good night's rest.

The parking situation was difficult as Google maps led us to the wrong side of the street and navigating through narrow, busy streets was challenging. The hotel car park was also full which meant that we had to carry our luggage further to a commercial car park.

This hotel is a great choice for a stay in a charming city. The location is excellent, right by the Okaido tram stop for the castle. The staff is very nice and tries their best to help, even if they don't speak English. The rooms are clean and have all the basic amenities you need, plus there's a view of the Bansuisō and castle mound. The hotel also offers breakfast, which is a great way to start your day of exploration.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was more than okay.
